Summary

We are seeking a Landscape Supervisor to join our team at Landscape and Forestry Scotland Ltd. This role is pivotal in overseeing landscaping projects and ensuring the highest standards of maintenance are met. Located in Central Scotland , you will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional landscaping services.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate landscaping projects from start to finish.
  • Manage a team of landscapers, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure all landscaping work is completed to high standards of quality.
  • Oversee the maintenance of equipment including hand tools and power tools.
  • Implement irrigation systems and ensure proper watering practices are followed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to assess health and maintenance needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in landscape management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape construction practices and techniques under construction drawing.
  • Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively, Should have PA6 and other skill cards.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams.
  • Good mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
