**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled individual, ideally an experienced Fence and Gate Installer, however, training is given of which the main priority is a good clean working attitude with the ability to work in all weathers. Someone who is happy to engage with customers and will take care of our customers property whilst working in their gardens. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction-related tasks and possess a strong work ethic.

Must be over 30 in order to drive a commercial vehicle on our insurance scheme. Preferable to have a clean driving licence.

You are required to:

- Install our Colourfence brand of fencing with full traiing given. At times we install other types of fences.

- Measure and cut materials to ensure proper fit and alignment

- Dig post holes and set posts securely in the ground

- Attach rails, pickets, or panels to posts using hand tools or power tools

- Ensure fences are level and structurally sound

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

**Experience:**

The ideal candidate should have experience or knowledge in the following areas:

- Practical skills for cutting and assembling fence components

- Ability to work with power tools for cutting and shaping materials

- Knowledge of basic fence installtion techniques

- Experience with careful treatment of fence materials as this is a powder coated metal fence system

- Familiarity with masonry work for setting posts in concrete

- Proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools

- Basic plumbing skills an advantage for repairs

Other building skills such as block paving and patio laying an advantage

**Requirements:**

- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
