Job Summary

Experienced Subcontractors & Established Teams Required

Designscapes SouthWest Ltd is looking for reliable, experienced and professional Landscaping and Fencing Subcontractors to work alongside our established teams on commercial projects, predominantly across new-build housing developments in Hampshire and the surrounding areas.

Due to our ongoing workload, we are looking to build relationships with skilled subcontractors who take pride in their work, maintain high standards and can deliver projects efficiently and to agreed deadlines.

LANDSCAPING SUBCONTRACTORS

We are looking for individuals or established teams experienced in:

  • Ground preparation, rotovating and levelling
  • Turf laying and finishing
  • Planting shrubs, hedges and trees
  • Tree staking, mulching and associated works
  • General soft landscaping and site preparation
  • Working to drawings, specifications and site programmes

FENCING SUBCONTRACTORS

We are looking for experienced fencing subcontractors proficient in:

  • Installation of timber fencing and gates
  • Installation of metal fencing systems
  • Closeboard, panel and post-and-rail fencing
  • Working to site drawings and specifications
  • Delivering high-quality installations within agreed timeframes
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience in commercial landscaping and/or fencing
  • Reliable, hardworking individuals or established teams
  • High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
  • Ability to organise workloads and meet agreed deadlines
  • Good communication with site managers and our management team
  • A professional and proactive approach to resolving site challenges
  • Commitment to health and safety
  • Full UK driving licence
  • CSCS card preferred
