Full job description
We are an award-winning landscaping design and construction company that has been established for over 20 years. We have won multiple awards at the Chelsea flower show. We are based in Bishops Stortford, and we are working in and around Hertfordshire, Essex, and North London. We specialize in working alongside designers to create bespoke lifestyle areas in both domestic and commercial settings.
We pride ourselves on our quality and high standard of work and it shows with most of our incoming work being on recommendations. Our team are considerate and courteous and always commended for their hard work as well as being clean, tidy and respectful of the client’s property.

Ideally, the right candidate will have the following skills and be able to carry them out to an exceptionally high standard.:
Highly skilled and experienced in all aspects, being able to organise and work to schedules
Being a team player, polite as well as being tidy and respectful whilst working directly with the customers in their private gardens.
Installing of brick paving, natural stone paving, all types of woodwork ,irrigation systems. and all other
Installation of decking
Installation of linear fencing, pergolas, gazebos, and screens.
Installing of irrigation systems
Liaising with office staff to ensure all materials are ordered in a timely manner to keep the projects going..
Implementing quality standards and working to customer and designers specifications.
Ensuring that you and your team have all correct PPE (uniform and some PPE supplied) such as correct footwear suitable for on-site. And a good knowledge of all health safety aspects of working is essential.
Must have a full clean UK driving license.
We believe in rewarding our team and we offer a wage higher than the industry standard, working Monday – Friday with 28 days annual leave (inc. bank holidays.) There is room to grow within the company and become team leader being responsible for the younger team member's training and progression.
