Job summary:

As a Driver for Altrad Generation, you will be responsible for delivering a professional driving service for the company. You will be required to assist in the loading and unloading of vehicles using a Hiab and other necessary means as well as taking ownership of all loads complying to transport regulations ensuring all loads are safely secured, strapped and warning signs are correctly displayed if needed. Also, ensure all stock movements are accurately and correctly documented in accordance with company procedures. When you are not driving you will be required in the yard to help carry out day-to-day tasks.

Person Specification:

• Class 2 licence
• Clean licence (preferred)
• HIAB licence (essential)
• Basic numeracy skills
• Good communication skills – verbal and written
• Ideally, a minimum of 12 months driving experience
• A positive can-do attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player
