Full job description

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and experienced Grounds Worker / Labourer to join our team.

The role involves a variety of groundworks, drainage, paving and general external works across commercial and residential properties.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000.00 PA (Depending on Experience)

Main duties will include:

· Setting small stretches of kerbs

· Laying small areas/patching flags and paving

· Preparing ground and sub-bases

· Concrete work

· Excavation and general groundworks

· Drainage and associated groundwork

· Fencing and other external works

· General labouring

· Site preparation and clearing

· Working alongside the team to complete projects to a high standard

We’re looking for someone who:

· Has relevant experience in groundworks / construction

· Can confidently lay kerbs, flags and paving

· Is reliable, punctual and hardworking

· Takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail

· Is physically fit and happy working outdoors in all weather

· Has a good attitude and is willing to get stuck in

· Can work independently and as part of a team

· Has a full UK driving licence (preferred)
