We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Tradesman to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be capable of carrying out a variety of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment tasks across residential and commercial properties. Excellent rates of pay to be discussed at interview.

Key Responsibilities

  • General property maintenance and repairs
  • Carpentry and joinery work
  • Basic plumbing repairs and installations
  • Painting and decorating
  • Tiling and flooring repairs
  • Kitchen and bathroom fitting assistance
  • Fencing, decking, and external maintenance
  • Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales

Requirements

  • Proven experience in multiple trades
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Own tools and transport is provided
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
