At W. Bennett Building & Groundwork Contractors, we’ve built our reputation on quality workmanship since 2008. We specialise in premium driveways, landscaping and groundworks across East Sussex and parts of Kent, creating projects that stand the test of time.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Groundworker who genuinely enjoys producing exceptional work. If you take pride in your workmanship, enjoy working as part of a professional team and want to be recognised for the quality of your work, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example, works efficiently and refuses to cut corners.

About the Role

You’ll be involved in every stage of high-quality driveway and landscaping projects, including but not limited to:

* Excavation and setting out

* Sub-base installation

* Drainage

* Block paving

* Porcelain paving

* Natural stone paving

* Brickwork

* Turfing

Experience with resin-bound surfacing, tarmac or fencing would be advantageous but isn’t essential.
