Sennie(SEN SPECIALIST/NANNY) for G13

Location: Bowdon, Altrincham, WA14

Salary: Approx £30,000 - £33,000 per annum gross

Job Type: Full Time

Days/Hours:

Approx. 32 hrs/week, rising to approx. 36 during school holidays.

  • Mon–Thurs: 7 hrs/day (28 hrs total) — e.g. 7–10am school prep/run/tidying; 1.45pm –5:45pm food prep and activities
  • Friday: approx. 4 hrs (flexible around Mum's work commitments)
  • Plus an average of 5 hrs/week weekend support (approx. 3 weekends per year, pooled by agreement)

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing specialist SEN childcare and support for G13 tailored to their individual needs
  • Planning and leading engaging, child-centred activities that support development and wellbeing
  • Working collaboratively with the family and any professionals involved (e.g. SLT, OT, physio, nursery)
  • If applicable: nursery duties such as children's meal prep, laundry and keeping the children's areas tidy

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

  • 2+ years SEN childcare or therapeutic support experience (essential)
  • 1-1 experience supporting Autism and PDA
  • Full UK driving licence
  • The right to work in the UK
