Arc is hiring experienced Bar Staff to join our team at The Long Road Festival – the UK's biggest celebration of country,roots and Americana music. Join thousands of festival-goers for an unforgettable weekend of live music,great food and incredible atmosphere.


If you're confident behind the bar,thrive in a fast-paced environment,and love the buzz of live events,we want you on our team!


What you'll be doing:

  • Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
  • Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
  • Keeping queues moving and spirits high
  • Working long shifts in a buzzing,high-energy environment


What we're looking for:

  • Previous bar experience – pubs,festivals,events,or hospitality venues
  • Confidence pouring pints,serving drinks,and working at speed
  • Friendly,reliable,and a team player
  • Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
  • A positive attitude and great customer service skills
