Bar managers required for Leeds festival 29- 30th of August

We’re looking for experienced Bar Managers with a personal licence to run our bars this event in 2026. With this vibrant event, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

As Bar Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient service across at your bar during each event. You’ll manage a team, coordinate stock and supplies for your area, ensure compliance with licensing laws, and help deliver an outstanding experience for thousands of guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee your allocated bar's operation
  • Manage, brief, train and motivate bar staff
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Handle stock control and bar setup/breakdown
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service
  • Work closely with event and site management teams

Requirements:

  • Proven bar management experience (event/festival experience is a plus)
  • Personal license is essential
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a live event setting
