We're looking for motivated self-employed sales professionals who enjoy speaking with businesses and generating new opportunities.

This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential.

The Role:

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, your responsibility is to identify businesses that would benefit from a new or improved website and introduce them to DH Web Services.

You will be responsible for generating your own leads through research and prospecting before contacting potential clients.

Once a client agrees to proceed, our experienced design and development team will handle the full website project from start to finish.

Your focus is generating new business.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify businesses that may require a new website.
  • Generate your own leads using online research, Google Maps, business directories, networking or in-person prospecting.
  • Contact businesses by telephone, email or face-to-face where appropriate.
  • Explain our website design services professionally.
  • Qualify prospective customers.
  • Record all leads, notes and communications within our internal CRM and Staff Portal.
  • Maintain accurate client records.
  • Work closely with our management and development teams.
  • Hand over completed sales to the project team.

Lead Generation

You will generate your own opportunities using methods including:

  • Google Maps
  • Online research
  • Business directories
  • Social media
  • Local networking
  • Business parks
  • Industrial estates
  • High streets
  • Existing business contacts
  • In-person business visits (where appropriate)

No lead lists are provided.

Commission

Commission is paid in accordance with company commission terms once the qualifying sale has been completed.

Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Be confident speaking with business owners.
  • Be self-motivated and organised.
  • Be comfortable working independently from home.
  • Be able to research and generate their own leads.
  • Be confident using CRM software.
  • Have reliable internet access and a suitable home working environment.
