Job Description

  • Financial due diligence and evaluation.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Business case & Investment paper creation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise financial performance and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FTC Strategic Finance Manager should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Significant experience in corporate finance, M&A advisory, or transaction services.
  • Proven track record in financial due diligence and valuation for complex transactions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a corporate or advisory setting.
  • Excellent communication skills for feeding into investment papers and presenting findings.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain process efficiency.
