Regional Sales Manager (Employed)

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with motor dealers, brokers, and introducers within your territory.

You will focus on increasing both the quality and volume of business generated by your network while ensuring compliance with company processes and procedures.

This is a fully employed role offering a competitive basic salary, uncapped commission structure, and attractive benefits package.

Dealer Introducer (Self-Employed)

Our Dealer Introducer opportunity is ideal for experienced automotive finance professionals who thrive on business development and relationship building.

You will:

  • Prospect and onboard new motor dealers
  • Introduce finance opportunities to CarMoney
  • Negotiate and agree finance solutions
  • Hand over completed business to the internal account management team for payout

This role offers the freedom to build your own territory, control your earnings, and potentially transition into franchise ownership.

Franchise Partner

As a CarMoney Franchise Partner, you will operate your own automotive finance business within an exclusive territory, backed by the support and infrastructure of an established national brand.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with local motor dealers
  • Generating and managing finance leads
  • Helping customers secure suitable finance solutions
  • Growing your own profitable finance portfolio

This is an outstanding opportunity for ambitious individuals who want the independence of running their own business without the challenges of starting from scratch.

Previous experience within a brokerage or direct lender environment, along with an active dealer network or live book of business, would be highly advantageous.

Essential requirements include:

  • Motor dealer industry experience
  • Business Manager and/or Field Sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Strong understanding of automotive finance products
  • Excellent knowledge of the motor finance sector
  • Ability to win new business and build lasting dealer relationships
  • Experience managing large geographical territories
  • Professional, motivated, and driven approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong numerical and business acumen
  • Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office and email systems
