Join Our Team as a Trainee Financial Planner
About the Role
Are you an experienced and qualified paraplanner or trainee adviser looking to take the next step in your career? HC Wealth Management is seeking a talented and career focused person to join our team of highly experienced individuals.
If you are ready to become a planner and manage an existing portfolio of clients, we can get there.
What You'll Do
As our Trainee Planner, you'll:
- Build and nurture meaningful relationships with your own portfolio of clients.
- Conduct annual reviews and develop personalised financial strategies.
- Create clear, compliant financial plans and reports that translate complex concepts into actionable advice.
- Apply your technical expertise to help clients make confident decisions about their financial future.
- Undergo the necessary training to enable you to advise our clients.
Who You Are
Our ideal candidate brings:
- A minimum of 4 years in the financial planning industry with solid product knowledge.
- At least 2 years of experience with cash flow planning.
- Ideally certification as a Certified or Chartered Financial Planner.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and inspire confidence.
- Strong analytical abilities combined with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with financial planning tools and modelling software.
- A meticulous approach to compliance and a commitment to ethical standards.
