Full job description

The role of Pension and Investment Administrator is a position working within a well established local IFA firm. You will be supporting IFA's with their ongoing business and liaising directly with clients, IFA's and providers to ensure we maintain an efficient service.

Salary: Competitive salary dependant on experience

Key responsibilities include:

  • New business processing of pensions and investment cases
  • Liaising with financial consultants, paraplanners, providers etc;
  • Keeping the back-office system, Intelliflo up to date
  • Task management.
  • Preparing files for Annual Review meetings
  • Compilation of Annual Review Suitability Letters for review by IFA's
  • Day-to-day administration tasks, which will include change of address, change of name and deceased account processing.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years Pension and Investment administration experience.
  • Experience of administering financial planning products.
  • Demonstratable prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • A working knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO) or similar client management systems is desirable.
  • You will ideally have or be working towards a qualification relevant to the Financial Planning industry. Such as CII Certificate in Financial Administration, or equivalent.Benefits Package:
