Full job description
Earn while you learn the art of home-finance—join Homemove as our Mortgage Adviser Apprentice (Level 3)
Buying a property is the biggest decision most people ever make. At Homemove we make it simpler, faster and friendlier—and you can be part of that mission from day one. Over 17 months you’ll complete the government-approved Level 3 Mortgage Adviser apprenticeship (worth £9,000 in levy funding Workpays), gain a recognised qualification such as CeMAP or Cert CII (MP), and build the real-world skills to become a fully fledged, revenue-generating broker.
Why this apprenticeship is different
- Hands-on from week one. Shadow senior brokers on live calls, then progress to managing your own warm-lead pipeline.
- All-round exposure. Rotate through protection, survey and conveyancing teams to understand the whole home-move journey.
- Structured study time. We ring-fence the mandatory 20 % off-the-job learning so you can ace exams without weekend cram.
- CeMAP paid for. We pick up the exam fees and provide a study coach; you focus on passing first time.
What you’ll be doing
Phase
Foundation (months 1-4) Assist with fact-finds, data entry and document chasing. Compliance, attention to detail, CRM mastery
Build (months 5-10) Quote products, prepare suitability letters, sit in on lender calls. Product knowledge, written advice, negotiation

Course modules include regulatory frameworks, commercial targets, systems & processes, and first-class customer service Workpays.
You’ll thrive here if you…
- Have A-levels or equivalent and a knack for numbers and clear communication.
- Love learning—ready to juggle study with 30-plus client interactions a week.
- Stay cool under deadline pressure and relish hitting stretch targets.
- Enjoy talking to people and translating jargon into plain English.
- Want a long-term career in financial services, not just a job.
