Full job description

Are you an experienced Employee Benefits professional with a solid grounding in Workplace Pensions? This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a well-established, full-service Employee Benefits consultancy at a pivotal point in its growth.

Our client is expanding its Workplace Pensions proposition and is looking for a knowledgeable, client-focused consultant to support that growth, while also contributing across the wider Employee Benefits offering.

What you'll be doing:

  • Carrying out technical reviews and providing ongoing advice and support across Workplace Pension schemes
  • Producing and delivering annual Workplace Pension Governance Reviews
  • Working across Healthcare and Group Risk as part of a full-service EB offering
  • Supporting clients with benefit audits, engagement surveys, Flexible Benefits, Salary Sacrifice solutions (including Electric Vehicles, Cycle to Work, Workplace Nursery and Workplace Parking), and financial and mental wellbeing programmes
  • Managing and supporting market reviews, scheme design, implementation, employee communications, provider liaison and ongoing governance
  • Identifying new business and cross-sell opportunities within your client portfolio
  • If qualified or experienced in Financial Planning, there may be scope to deliver financial wellbeing seminars and identify referral opportunities into the wider business (subject to internal approvals)

What you'll need:

  • Demonstrable experience in Workplace Pensions, whether gained within an Employee Benefits consultancy or a Financial Planning environment
  • Experience across Healthcare and Group Risk
  • A professional, client-first approach with strong attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness and the confidence to spot growth and cross-sell opportunities
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a supportive team
  • A Financial Planning qualification is not required, but would be an advantage
