Customer Service Advisor

Location: Edinburgh City Centre
Contract: Temporary (6 months, potential for extension)
Start Date: 2nd June 2025
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, rotating shifts (8am-6pm)
Hybrid Working: Office-based for the first 6 months, then 3 days remote (subject to approval)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound calls from mortgage brokers to assist with enquiries and applications for new mortgages
  • Carrying out affordability checks based on a number of factors
  • Providing information about a number of products across different brands
  • Following security and compliance procedures to ensure excellent service
  • Organising and maintaining accurate records
