As they continue to expand, they are seeking a talented an experienced Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) to join their dynamic, fun, and team-focused culture.

The Role

Independent Financial Adviser (IFA)
You will manage an existing book of HNW clients, providing bespoke financial advice across pensions, investments, and tax planning. Your focus will be on maintaining strong relationships while identifying new opportunities to grow the portfolio. Supported by a collaborative team of administrators and paraplanners, you’ll be empowered to focus on what you do best—delivering first-class advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, maintaining trust and delivering expert financial planning advice.
• Identify opportunities to further develop the client book and grow revenue streams.
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure seamless service delivery.

About You

• You have experience in a financial advice role, ideally within an IFA or wealth management firm.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including pensions, investments, and tax planning.
• You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative, fun environment while remaining focused on delivering excellent client service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• For the IFA role, a strong track record of managing and developing client relationships, particularly with HNW individuals, is essential.
