Job Title: Mortgage and Protection Adviser

OTE - £60,000 - £100,000

Location: Peterborough

About our clients and the role:

Swarm Recruitment is excited to be partnered with a growing independent mortgage & Financial Services firm looking to expand their team. Our clients are specialists in Mortgages, Protection, Bridging and Commercial finance and Wealth Management.

They are currently looking for a Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join on a self-employed basis, within a commutable distance of their office in Peterborough. In this role you will predominately work from home, with occasional visits to the office for meetings. My clients can provide financial support for the first few months, and a consistent flow of leads each month.

Salary & Benefits:

• Realistic OTE of £60,000 - £100,000

• Consistent leads from multiple sources (Advisers doing 10-15 cases a month with protection)

Desired Experience:

• Ideally experience as a Mortgage Adviser, but trainees are also considered
• Fully CeMap qualified or equivalent qualifications
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated to succeed and provide outstanding client support

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Engage with customers face-to-face and over the phone
• Provide expert advice to clients on a range of mortgage and protection products.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and insurers.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest mortgage and protection regulations.
