We're looking for a CeMAP qualified applicant (no previous mortgage advice experience necessary), to join our well established and highly productive team based in Herne Bay, Kent. The Role

• Hold video/telephone calls with our clients from across the country, and collate all details and requirements for their mortgage application; whilst building a great relationship.
• Effectively present a solution and deliver advice on all areas of Mortgage and Protection planning needs and be able to find positive outcomes from the most challenging of situations.
• Take personal responsibility for the client experience delivered, ensuring it is to the highest standard verbally and digitally.
• Display emotional intelligence when communicating with colleagues and clients alike.
• Work alongside our pre and post-sale teams to effectively communicate and deliver a great all round customer experience, ensuring that the business meets its overall goals.

The Package

OTE - £65,000, dependent on performance

(uncapped, tiered commission paid at up to 35%)

Pre-Sale Support team to nurture the client journey, prior to application

Post-sale administration team to support and progress applications

Location - Herne Bay (Hybrid working considered)

Work Pattern - 5 days a week

Pay: £45,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
