Role Overview:

• Position: Protection Insurance Adviser - Life Insurance.
• Location: Havant, Hampshire PO9 5AX.
• Start Date: Immediate
• Compensation: Salary + Commission. OTE - £50,000+ per year.
• Industry: Insurance and Financial Services

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultations: Engage with clients to understand their protection needs, asses risk, and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Sales and relationship building: Convert warm leads into clients, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Product expertise: Stay informed about the latest protection products , industry trends, and regulatory changes.
• Compliance: Adhere to all compliance guidelines and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous industry experience as a Life insurance Advisor is desirable but not essential. 2 years sales experience in a target driven role is necessary.
• Motivated Self- Starter: You're driven by results and thrive in a performance based environment.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
• Certifications: Relevant insurance certification (e.g. CeMAP, CeRER, CertPro) are advantageous but not essential.
