Full job description

Executive PA & Administration Support Role

Working in an established Financial Advisers office supporting the director and other staff.

Professional environment and experience required.

CRM experience is essential.

Ability to Prioritise Work case flow

Advanced Experience in using a CRM system.

Be able to use a CRM to create detailed professional reports

Be able to analyse and organise a large client data bank via CRM

Accurately record all points of client and prospect contact in CRM through the year.

Day to day use of SharePoint in Office 365 – experience essential.

Must have experience of data control.

Must have good telephone skills and be able to respond to emails in a professional manner.

Day to Day Diary Management of the Director including arranging meetings, preparing Meeting packs and writing reports post meetings.

Comfortable to chase providers / administration departments when required. Able to build up relationships to ensure business is completed in a timely manner.

IT Proficient – Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel, Office 365 to good standard

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Handle correspondence and communication, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain organized records and files using Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Assist with data entry and CRM software management to support operations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to enhance productivity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
