Join a high regarded, Independent Firm with Warm Clients, Strong Lead Flow, and a Clear Vision for Growth
Our client is a fully independent, near Chartered financial planning firm with a growing team and a commitment to delivering clear, thoughtful, and lifelong financial advice. Based just north of Oxford, they have a strong internal culture and a clear growth strategy - recently integrating with a regional accountancy firm, resulting in a significant influx of clients ready for advice.
We are now looking to appoint a driven and client-focused Financial Planner to help convert this warm pipeline and nurture long-term client relationships. Whether you're an experienced Adviser looking for more opportunity, or someone who thrives in a professional, technical advice environment, this could be your next step.
The Opportunity
This is an employed position with strong support from our in-house paraplanning and admin team. You’ll be working with warm client referrals—either from the recent acquisition or our professional introducer network—and helping clients make confident, informed decisions about their financial future.
The business validates at just 2.5x, giving you the ability to earn well without aggressive sales pressure.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meeting new clients from warm introductions and referrals
- Conducting holistic fact-finding and lifestyle planning
- Presenting tailored financial planning strategies and advice
- Working closely with our in-house Paraplanners for technical support
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring high compliance standards
- Building long-term relationships with clients and connections
What We’re Looking For
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)
- CAS status
- Experience in a client-facing advice role
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, tax and protection
- A genuine relationship-builder who wants to deliver long-term value
- Organised, collaborative and committed to doing the right thing for clients
What You’ll Receive
- Employed salary + uncapped bonus on validation scheme
- 25 days holiday + option to buy 3 extra days
- Hybrid working – typically 1–2 days from home
- Company pension
- Income protection & life cover
- Warm leads and introducer relationships already in place
- Beautiful, modern office in Oxford
- Supportive, professional team culture with access to Chartered Advisers
