Full job description

Rosemount Independent Financial Advisers are a long established and stable financial advisory practice based in Gidea Park.

The role will be to provide strong administrative support to our Financial Advisers.

Role Summary:

  • Preparing paperwork for client meetings, business submission and the processing of new business for pension and investment plans.
  • Producing client portfolio reviews.
  • New Business Illustrations.
  • Trading on provider platforms.
  • Routine administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and collating information.
  • Liaising with product providers and other third parties to obtain information on clients’ existing arrangements.
  • Inputting and maintaining client information on XPLAN
  • Other tasks as allocated by management.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • Experience/knowledge of life, pension & Investment plans
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Excellent proactive attitude towards work.
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to plan workloads and manage conflicting demands and deadlines, with a keen and flexible attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Highly organised with a good attention to detail.
  • Previous experience working in a Financial Planning administrative role is essential, minimum 2 years.
  • Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Certificate in Financial Planning or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
