Job Title: Financial Adviser (Qualified or Non - Qualified)
Location: Penrith, Cumbria
Minimum Requirements:
We're seeking a Financial Adviser (Qualified or Non-Qualified) for a full-time hybrid role located in and around Newcastle, with flexibility to work from home.
Training:
If you're not already a fully qualified Financial Adviser, will offer you the opportunity to train with the St. James’s Place Academy. The academy enables individuals to embark on a fully funded career change within the financial services sector. You will gain your financial qualifications, as well as developing all the skills required to be a competent financial adviser. The training is fully comprehensive and delivered in a structured, step-by-step format.
Earnings:
Self-employed (uncapped earnings) or Employed opportunity (competitive)
We are looking for individuals with:
- A successful track record in your existing career or business
- An entrepreneurial and self-motivated nature
- A natural aptitude to develop relationships
- An ability to discuss, question, and negotiate
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to use resources effectively
How will we support you?
- Several offices available for Advisers to use as a hub, and multiple meeting rooms available for client meetings
- Redistribute practice clients as and when appropriate
- A Marketing Team to work with you on client events, marketing strategies, targets, and social media
- Experienced Paraplanners who process investment and retirement planning business and handle all report writing
- Practice Support Staff to make appointments, book review meetings, handle client correspondence, and process paperwork, allowing advisors more face-to-face time with clients
- 1:1 development meetings to help you achieve your professional goals
- Practice initiatives to encourage new clients which will develop your client base
- A vibrant team of advisors with bespoke specialisms and vast experience supporting each other as professional colleagues
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
