Mortgage Administrator - About the role

Working closely and supporting the Mortgage Advisers. Responsible for looking after your own case load and diary.

Day-to-day case duties will involve...

• Process and manage mortgage applications through to completion.
• Take ownership and management of tasks to successfully deliver mortgage completions.
• Work within a regulatory procedural framework – so a professional and detailed approach is necessary.
• Deliver excellent telephone and administration service to mortgage customers, lenders and solicitors.
• Manage cases and updating the clients.

Mortgage Administrator - Skills & Experience:

The successful candidate will have:

• Financial Services administration/mortgage processing experience
• Experience of working in an office environment
• Excellent customer service and telephone manner
• Excellent administrative Skills
• IT Literate
• Excellent attention to detail
