We’ve partnered with a leading UK accountancy firm that’s redefining how personal tax services are delivered. With a people-first approach and a strong emphasis on flexibility and wellbeing, they’re known for supporting individuals and business owners with practical, jargon-free advice that makes a real difference.

They’ve built a modern, remote-first working culture with a supportive team and regular in-person meetups. As they continue to grow, they’re now looking for a Personal Tax Adviser to join their high-performing team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Prepare and file personal tax returns and P11Ds.
  • Provide clear, practical advice on personal tax and self-assessment.
  • Communicate complex tax matters in a simple, friendly, and professional way.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Keep up to date with the latest tax legislation and share insights.

What you’ll need to apply

  • Previous experience in personal tax, ideally within a practice environment.
  • ATT, CTA, or part-qualified (or qualified by experience).
  • Confident communicator who puts clients at ease.
  • Strong understanding of self-assessments, personal tax and P11Ds.

  • Basic salary between £28,000 – £32,000 per Annum.
  • Fully remote role with flexible working hours (core hours 10am–4pm).
