We’ve partnered with a leading UK accountancy firm that’s redefining how personal tax services are delivered. With a people-first approach and a strong emphasis on flexibility and wellbeing, they’re known for supporting individuals and business owners with practical, jargon-free advice that makes a real difference.
They’ve built a modern, remote-first working culture with a supportive team and regular in-person meetups. As they continue to grow, they’re now looking for a Personal Tax Adviser to join their high-performing team.
What you’ll be doing
- Prepare and file personal tax returns and P11Ds.
- Provide clear, practical advice on personal tax and self-assessment.
- Communicate complex tax matters in a simple, friendly, and professional way.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Identify tax planning opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Keep up to date with the latest tax legislation and share insights.
What you’ll need to apply
- Previous experience in personal tax, ideally within a practice environment.
- ATT, CTA, or part-qualified (or qualified by experience).
- Confident communicator who puts clients at ease.
- Strong understanding of self-assessments, personal tax and P11Ds.
What you’ll get in return for your talents
- Basic salary between £28,000 – £32,000 per Annum.
- Fully remote role with flexible working hours (core hours 10am–4pm).
- Quarterly team days and social events.
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays + 2 additional days over Christmas.
- Long-service holiday top-ups (up to 25 days) + option to buy/sell 5 days.
