Job Title: Commercial Mortgage Adviser

Salary: up to £40,000 Basic, OTE £80,000 - £100,000

Location: Godalming

About our clients and the role:

Swarm Recruitment is working with a directly authorised, well-established & growing mortgage firm looking to expand their team. Their company was founded with one goal in mind: to simplify the mortgage process.

Due to growth and an influx of strong leads, they are now looking for an experienced Commercial Mortgage Adviser to go the extra mile and service these clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced growing independent mortgage firm that deals with lots of types of lending.

As a Commercial Mortgage Broker, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering bespoke finance solutions to clients. With access to a steady stream of pre-qualified leads and a competitive commission structure, your focus will be on building relationships, managing a diverse client portfolio, and closing high-value deals.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary – £30,000 - £40,000
  • OTE £80,000 - £100,000
  • High numbers of leads, through a number of lead sources.
  • Up to 50% commission on all banked business

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Working Hours:

  • Standard hours of 9am-5:00pm (Flexible hours available)
  • Monday – Friday
  • No Weekends
  • Office Based

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with provided high-quality leads to secure bridging and development finance deals.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team and contribute to the brokerage’s continued success.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in commercial mortgage brokering, particularly in bridging and development finance.
  • Strong understanding of both regulated and unregulated finance products.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to manage high-value cases.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
