Job Summary
We are seeking an Equity Release Adviser to join our newest department and help shape and grow the future of this part of the business, we want you to be part of something big.
The successful candidate will provide expert financial advice to clients considering equity release options, helping them make informed decisions about releasing equity from their homes and all later life lending options.
****You must current hold the required CeMAP and RER qualifications and have experience within the equity release market already. This is not role to learn on the job.****
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough financial assessments for clients considering equity release
- Explain complex financial products and terms in a clear and understandable manner
- Offer tailored advice based on individual client needs and circumstances
- Guide clients through the equity release process, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty
Requirements
- Experience in financial services, particularly in equity release or mortgage advising
- Strong understanding of basic maths principles for financial calculations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Proven track record of providing high-quality financial advice
- Relevant qualifications such as CeMAP or equivalent and Equity release qulification

Pay: £27,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
