Overview

We would like to hire a compliance manager who finds all areas of the business interesting and relevant.

They will be tasked with implementing and monitoring all aspects of regulatory compliance. From where the business is now, throughout proposed changes and areas of growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for their next step up in compliance and the opportunity to oversee the compliance functions.

Responsibilities

  • managing oversight of file reviews
  • day-to-day compliance requirements
  • managing advisers and other file reviewers
  • aiding where needed to improve compliance in the business
  • implementing and monitoring all aspects of regulatory compliance. From where the business is now, throughout proposed changes and areas of growth.

Requirements

  • Level 4 Financial Planning Diploma
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Passionate about Pension & Financial planning
