Job Title: Trainee Financial Adviser

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
Locations: Norwich | Harlow | St Ives (Cambridgeshire) | Westerham
Working Pattern: Hybrid

With an existing client bank, full paraplanning and administration support, and clear progression opportunities, you'll have everything you need to build a successful career.

The Role

As a Financial Adviser, you will:

  • Build long term relationships with clients.
  • Provide holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments and protection.
  • Understand clients' financial objectives and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Manage and develop an existing client bank while identifying opportunities for new business.
  • Carry out annual client reviews and provide an ongoing advice service.
  • Work closely with dedicated paraplanning and administration teams.
  • Ensure all advice is delivered in line with FCA and company compliance standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential).
  • Experienced Financial Advisers or Level 4 qualified professionals looking to move into an adviser role.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • A client focused approach.
  • Full UK driving licence.
