We are a rapidly growing financial services firm seeking motivated professionals with experience in the financial services sector who are ready to take the next step in their career as a Financial Adviser. This opportunity is ideally suited to individuals from an administration, paraplanning or support background who hold the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and are looking to transition into an adviser role, as well as those who may already have limited experience as a Financial Adviser and are seeking further development and support to progress their career.

You may already be in the early stages of your Financial Adviser career, with limited or some prior experience. We provide full training and ongoing development through our comprehensive in-house training programmes, ensuring you are fully supported as you progress.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to build strong, long-term relationships, supporting them with strategic cashflow planning and ongoing financial guidance. You will develop the skills to understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is £35,000 to £60,000 depending on skills and experience. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our Adviser Bonus Scheme, subject to the scheme's terms and conditions.
