As our CEMAP-qualified Broker, you’ll pair your know-how with the firepower of a leading mortgage network to guide customers from “search” to “sold” with clarity and confidence. We’ve cracked the hardest part of mortgage advice: steady, pre-qualified customer demand. Our digital platform generates more warm leads than our current team can handle, so we’re searching for a mid-level, CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Broker who loves high throughput and high earnings.

  • Leads on tap. You’ll step into an existing pipeline of 40-60 new cases per month- no cold prospecting required.
  • Fully Employed. We don't want our employees worrying about covering their bills - this is a fully employed broker role.
  • Big-ticket earnings. Uncapped commission with realistic OTE £55 k–£70 k in year one, rising as your casebook grows.
  • All the kit. Industry-leading CRM, full admin/paraplanner support, and the buying power of a major mortgage network.
  • Fast track. Deliver results and you’ll shape the processes, hire junior advisers, and build your own mini-team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Financial assessment – dig into income, credit, protection and long-term goals to craft truly tailored advice.
  • Option presentation – translate complex product data into clear, confidence-boosting choices.
  • Client liaison – steer cases smoothly between lenders, solicitors and surveyors, updating clients proactively.
  • Application management – submit fault-free apps at speed; chase, troubleshoot, and get them over the line.
  • Regulatory compliance – keep every recommendation FCA-perfect; we’ll keep you up-skilled and audit-ready.
  • Service excellence – turn first-time buyers into lifetime clients and referral champions.

You’ll thrive here if you…

  • Hold full CeMAP (or equivalent) and have 18 – 36 months front-line broking under your belt.
  • Love high-volume casework—juggling 25-30 pipelines doesn’t scare you, it motivates you.
  • Can explain interest-only, BTL stress tests and protection gaps in language a five-year-old understands.
  • Are naturally target-driven and see commission as the scoreboard that keeps the game interesting.
  • Spot errors at a glance and fix them before they cost a client their dream home.
  • Utilise AI into your workflows so you can go faster.
  • Enjoy collaborating with admin, marketing and tech teams to make every process slicker.

Package & benefits

  • Basic salary £25 k – £30k (DOE) + uncapped commission; Y1 OTE £55 k – £70 k.
