Title: Founding Partner – New IFA Firm (Equity Opportunity)
Location: UK (Remote/Hybrid Possible)
Salary: Competitive + 16% Equity Stake

Company Name: To Be Determined – Pre-Launch Stage⸻Ready to step out on your own and build something with real equity and support behind you?We’re building a fully FCA-regulated independent financial advice business — and we’re looking for an experienced, ambitious professional to become a founding equity partner.You’ll help shape the business from day one, with a 16% equity stake, a clear vision, and everything in place to support rapid, compliant growth: setup costs, infrastructure, lead generation, and marketing — all handled.

  • Enjoys business development and building genuine client relationships
  • Brings energy, integrity, and a collaborative mindset
  • Ideally, has a personal interest in golf or similar networking-driven relationship building

Ideal Profile:

  • 30–50 age range (flexible) – mindset and motivation are more important than age
  • Level 4 qualified (DipFA, CII, LIBF or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong commercial and people skills
  • Entrepreneurial and excited to help build a modern IFA model
