This role does require experience within financial services in particular financial advice, the ideal candidate would have experience within St. James's Place.

● Diary management send meeting invites and reminders to clients,
handling any cancellations and re-booking of meetings
● Prepare meeting packs for clients and keep internal database up to
date.
● Liaise with product providers and third parties to obtain additional
information (includes sending and following up on authority letters)
● Ensure that files are complete post-advice with all required client
identification documentation and necessary application forms.
● Process applications accurately and record the required management
information.
● Maintain accurate client information, files/records, ensuring that
clients are placed into a review system.
● Project a professional image in both appearance and attitude and
provide quality support on time to agreed standards.
● Maintain technical competence at an appropriate level to meet the
requirements of the role;
● Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues, clients and third
parties;
● Answering and directing phone calls and emails and dealing with client
basic queries

In addition ad hoc tasks and one off projects.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
