Full job description

We are an independent financial advice firm with a strong presence in the local community, looking for an experienced adviser to join the team.

This is a genuinely flexible, remote-first role with an office available whenever needed for client meetings, collaboration, or simply a change of scene.

Clients are provided - you will not be expected to bring a client bank but if you have existing clients, we are happy to accommodate.

Senior Operations and senior Paraplanning support is provided.

About you:

  • At least 5 years' experience as a financial adviser, with a strong record of delivering suitable, compliant, client-focused advice
  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or above) — Chartered status desirable but not essential
  • Comfortable working remotely but maintain a close working relationship with the team.
  • A contemporary approach to advice — utilising modern technology to streamline operation and improve client servicing
  • A team player who appreciates the collaborate approach to work and understands the value of all those in the process
  • High professional standards, ethics and integrity

What we offer:

  • Basic salary of £60,000–£75,000, dependent on experience
  • Performance-related bonus, with an on-target package of up to £90,000+ when established
