Job description:
Vision Independent Financial Planning is a dynamic and well-established financial advice network, founded and based in Cornwall established 17 years. We are proud to have maintained our close-knit, supportive culture across the business, despite experiencing significant growth over the years. We are looking for a Financial Administration Report Writing Team Leader to join our award-winning office team. Having consistently been recognised as one of the Best Financial Advisers to Work For in 2022, 2023 and 2024 at the Professional Adviser Awards, we are extremely proud of the positive culture, supportive environment and strong sense of community we have built.
We believe our people are our greatest strength and are committed to treating everyone with care, respect and openness, while actively encouraging collaboration across the business. Whilst experience within financial services is preferred, previous people management and team leadership experience is essential. The successful candidate will be confident in leading, developing and supporting a team while managing workloads and driving performance. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced office environment and be able to adapt effectively to changing priorities and workload demands. The successful applicant will lead our Vision Adviser Review Service (VARS) team, working closely with colleagues based in our Plympton office. We offer flexibility through either fully remote or hybrid working arrangements.
