The role

As a Protection Adviser, you will be responsible for giving protection advice via video and phone call to our mortgage clients. Key daily tasks will include:

• Working towards and achieving set sales targets
• Delivering a professional, credible service and 5-star service
• Identify customers’ financial needs and advise them with the insurance products that would best suit their requirements

Salary & OTE:

You will join the business with a starting salary of £35,000. On target earnings of over £60,000 in year 1 are achievable.

To be considered for this role you must:

• Highly motivated and enjoy working towards targets
• Previous track record of successfully selling mortgage protection
• An intricate knowledge and understanding of the protection application and underwriting process
• Have an outstanding work ethic
• Have a willingness to learn new skills

• Have excellent organisational skills
• Be highly competitive
• Have the ability to work independently and be a self starter
