Job Title: Financial Services Co-ordinator
Salary: £12,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
Part Time position (15 hours per week)
Permanent Contract
Location: Bury St Edmunds

This role is an exciting opportunity for anybody who is looking to join a well-respected branch of NFU Mutual, to work within a vibrant and enthusiastic team.
You’ll be playing a key role in growing the agency’s business.
Responsibilities:
This is an integral role to our Financial Services growth. Your experience in generating leads from an existing book of general insurance customers, qualifying customer leads generated by the team and providing high-quality administrative support will be invaluable to the whole team. You will act as the point of contact for the team and client queries with regards to our Financial Services products. You will be working closely with our Financial Adviser, ensuring their diary is filled with quality appointments.
You will spend your day making outbound calls, emails and communications to contact prospective customers, increasing our profile in the local community and arranging appointments both for our Financial Adviser and our non-advised telephone team. You will also be involved in creating and implementing marketing campaigns and putting together team incentives to maintain motivation within the wider team, thus ensuring regular engagement with financial services across the Agency.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
- This role would suit an experienced Business Developer.
- Charismatic and brilliant with people.
· An understanding of financial products of pensions, investments, protection policies – you will not be selling or advising on these products but need a good basic understanding of them.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Be able to engage with customers and demonstrate the value in our products.
- Be willing to learn and be enthusiastic. Able to problem solve, use own initiative and judgement.
- Demonstrate attributes of honesty, integrity, due skill, care, and diligence. Be flexible, adaptable, and open to new ideas
- Strong I.T. literacy, being proficient in the use of MS Office Applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
Minimum Qualification required:
- Maths and English GCSE at grade C (4) or above
