We are looking for experienced Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Advisers to join our team. .

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial situations to provide tailored mortgage solutions.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all documentation is complete.
• Utilize basic math skills to calculate loan amounts, interest rates, and monthly payments.
• Stay updated on financial services trends to offer informed advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
• Collaborate with lenders and real estate agents to facilitate smooth transactions.

We will automatically reject applicants without a valid CeMap qualification or equivalent showing on their CV, as this is an FCA requirement for this role.

• Must Haves: Full CeMAP qualification (CeMAP 1, 2 & 3) or equivalent, strong organisation skills, pass the Fit & Proper checks, and be able to generate your client database. CAS required for 85/15 split. We may provide leads.
• What We Offer: As a self-employed adviser with us, you'll enjoy generous commission rates of up to 85% on mortgages and protection products sold to clients, with expected earnings between £30,000.00 and 150,000.00 per year, depending on the time and passion that you dedicate to the role; you will also receive compliance support and free sales material. We also pay every week, so no waiting a month or longer if payment comes in after a cut-off time.
• Our providers: At Astute Mortgages Ltd, you will have access to a panel of over 50 lenders, ensuring a wide range of options for your clients. Additionally, we have established strong partnerships with leading insurers.
