Job Title: Internal Auditor – Finance Regulations (Insurance/Banking)

Location: Slough

Salary: £45,000

Length of Temporary Assignment: Ongoing (12 months +)

Consumer finance, anti-money laundering and insurance experience– these are key skills for this role.

Our client is a large finance company, they are looking for a someone to complete regulatory audits across the team, identifying any risks, assessing and testing controls – identifying areas of improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the audit plan through leading audit activities from planning to conclusion, collaborating with management on improving control effectiveness and reporting to the leadership team. You will be expected to support the team’s active involvement in the risk management process and to inspire change and continuous improvement, whilst upholding professional standards in internal auditing.

You will have 3 years plus experience in a similar role, a good knowledge of local regulations, with reference to consumer financing activities, transparency, anti-money laundering, and insurance.
