What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior Rum Investment Broker, you'll be the first point of contact for new enquiries.

Think of yourself as the person who opens the door to every client journey.

You'll be speaking with investors, learning about their goals, building genuine relationships and introducing them to the exciting world of premium rum cask investing before passing qualified opportunities to our Senior Investment Brokers.

No two days are ever the same.

One call could be with someone making their first investment, while the next could be with an experienced investor looking to expand their portfolio.

Your Day Will Include

Speaking with inbound enquiries.

Building rapport and trust over the telephone.

Learning about each client's investment goals and experience.

Introducing clients to the premium rum cask market.

Booking high-quality appointments for Senior Brokers.

Following up enquiries via phone and email.

Keeping accurate notes within our CRM system.

Hitting daily and monthly targets.

Developing your knowledge through ongoing sales and product training.

Constantly improving your brokerage and communication skills.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

Loves speaking to people.

Has experience as an opener, appointment setter or junior broker.

Is naturally confident on the telephone.

Can build trust quickly.

Enjoys working towards ambitious targets.

Wants more than "just another sales job."

Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a winning team.

Is hungry to learn, improve and progress.

Knowledge of rum isn't essential—we'll teach you everything you need to know.

We can train product knowledge.

We can't train ambition.
