Full job description

We are seeking Void Property Operatives who can work independently across the High Wycombe area. Candidates must be confident managing their own workload, organising access, and ensuring each property is brought up to a safe, clean, and liveable condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing void properties from start to finish, including site access and planning
  • Preparing properties to a liveable standard following a provided specification
  • Carrying out multi‑trade tasks (e.g., basic carpentry, plumbing, plastering, decorating)
  • Ensuring all works meet quality, safety, and compliance requirements
  • Working efficiently through a large programme of approximately 1,200 voids
  • Providing accurate updates, reporting issues, and maintaining good communication
  • Pricing work where required (price‑work available)

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in void property refurbishment
  • Ability to work self‑sufficiently with minimal supervision
  • Strong multi‑trade skillset
  • Good organisational and time‑management abilities
  • Full UK driving licence (if travel between sites is required)
  • Commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship
