Overview
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and self-driven Manager to lead our flagship fine dining venue in Liverpool.

We want to build a team that brings energy and life back into hospitality. We are looking for a natural leader, someone who can provide an exciting and long-lasting customer/guest experience, spot operational challenges proactively, and work alongside the team to ensure seamless daily operations. If this sounds like you, then you will be the perfect fit for us.

We operate a growing chain of restaurants across Liverpool, UK. The position is for one of our premium venues offering a redefined fine dining experience.

The right candidate

  • Passionate about the restaurant and hospitality industry (food & beverage).
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a fine dining or Rosette-style restaurant environment.
  • Confident in conducting table talks with guests to ensure exceptional service.
  • Proven leadership ability in training and developing team members on how to deliver on the necessary steps of a fine dining experience.
  • Hands-on management style with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent in communication in both written and verbal skills.

The Job Descriptions

  • Seamless day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring an outstanding guest experience that reflects the fine dining standards. This includes managing reservations, staffing, and service flow.
  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team by developing training plans in service techniques, food safety procedures and hospitality best practices.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef on menus and guest experience
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery
  • Address customer feedback and complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
  • Continually looking for ways to optimise sales and profitability.
  • Solve guest issues in a proactive and helpful manner

Salary/Benefits

  • Salary package will be competitive and can be negotiated.
  • Minimum 48 hours per week, across 5 working days, including Saturdays and Sundays
