Overview

Looking for an experienced supervisor to join the team at One Club Row! As we ramp up in the autumn and winter, we would love to meet some candidates who have experience running a restaurant service. The ideal candidate is organised, charming, with a passion for the London restaurant scene. We take ultimate pride in our standards of service, and are keen to find a supervisor who shares our ethos: the importance of great service, building relationships with regulars, and always striving to improve ourselves.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a service (lunch and dinner)
  • Delegating tasks to wider team
  • Being attentive to guests and maximising guest experience
  • Assisting with training and development

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years in a reputable London restaurant
  • Some wine knowledge (ideally WSET L2)
  • Friendly, approachable and hardworking individuals
  • Willing to work weekends, including some Sundays
