As a Sommelier

  • You will work as flexible team player on the passionate and energetic wine programme.
  • Deliver memorable wine service at Maison François by influencing our guest to choose wines that suit their needs and enhance their experience
  • Learn continuously to improve wine knowledge whilst helping the front of house team through assistive wine service and placing guest’s needs and wine experience as a priority
  • Assist the managing sommelier with stock control, cellar maintenance and daily mise-en- place
  • Assist in the day to day coordination of the wine team operations
  • Assist the floor ream in wine service and education
  • Ensure that there is a healthy relationship between wine, bar, floor and kitchen teams by keeping open communication
  • Assist in service transition and coordinate with bar and floor team as necessary
