    FRA Validator

    Location - UK Wide (Home based with travel)

    Salary – Dependent upon experience + Benefits

    NEO Property Solutions & PTSG Fire Protection Division are expanding and with a newly established FRA department. To support the development of this function and assist the department General Manager we are seeking an experienced FRA Validator.

    Role Overview

    As our FRA Validator you will play a pivotal role in our ability to deliver on behalf of our customers. Your role will be to quality check Assessments ensuring they meet the requires standards, are complete and accurate. This will require you to challenge and discuss anything you feel needs further investigation, with the focus been on compliance with legislation (like the regulatory reform (Fire Safety) order 2005).

    You will have previous experience in validation, including all types of premises from simple shops and offices to care homes, housing and industrial sites (this is essential to the role).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Validate completed FRAs, providing feedback to challenge potential errors where required and ensuring quality standards and BAFE SP205 compliance are adhered to.
    • Create and manage a reporting quality matrix for the team of assessors to monitor errors and performance to ensure a comprehensive report is delivered to the customer.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire safety legislation and regulations, ensuring best practices are followed.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Previous experience (Essential)
    • Comprehensive knowledge of SP205 requirements
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all level
    • Attention to detail
    • Organised and able to prioritise
