Your Role:

As a Fire and Security Engineer, you will:

  • System Expertise: Service and maintain Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
  • Client Engagement: Respond to client callouts with precision, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive Communication: Liaise with clients to address concerns and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Accurate Administration: Maintain detailed records and complete administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to company policies and Health & Safety legislation, ensuring a safe work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in servicing Access Control, CCTV, Intruder, and Fire Alarm systems.
  • Qualifications: Thorough knowledge of Fire and Intruder Alarm standards. CSCS/ECS/IPAF certification and Gent Fire experience are desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service, strong teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Requirements: A full, valid UK driving licence.
