Help Build the Engine Behind a High-Growth Business

Onyx Fire & Security is one of the UK's fastest-growing fire safety specialists, delivering passive fire protection, fire doors, smoke control, compliance and maintenance services across London and the South East.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Operations Support Manager to help us build the systems, structure and operational excellence required to support the next phase of our journey.

This is not a project delivery role.

This is a leadership role focused on planning, governance, reporting, resource coordination and operational support. You will manage our Planning and Work Order Support teams, ensuring our projects are mobilised efficiently, tracked effectively and supported to the highest standard.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Managing our Planner and Work Order Support team

✅ Overseeing resource planning and scheduling

✅ Driving operational reporting and KPI management

✅ Supporting project mobilisation and project administration processes

✅ Monitoring operational performance and highlighting risks

✅ Improving systems, processes and ways of working

✅ Supporting delivery teams to maintain high standards

✅ Helping build a scalable operational platform for future growth
