Candidate Qualities/Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual to enhance our service support engineering team. While experience in fire and/or security systems is preferred, we welcome candidates with relevant technical backgrounds who possess a solid understanding of electrical and electronic practices.
Role Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Barrier Systems, Disabled Refuge and Call Systems, Smoke Vents, and Emergency Lighting, in accordance with current Standards and Codes of Practice.
- Fault Diagnosis and Repair: Identify and promptly rectify system issues to minimise downtime.
- Emergency Response: Participate in an on-call rota (one in seven) to address urgent service requests.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support.
Requirements:
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required.
