About Office Test
Office Test is a leading provider of electrical testing, health and safety, fire and legionella safety for businesses across the UK. Headquartered in Holborn, London, we’ve been in the market since 2005 and we currently work with more than 5,500 clients across all industries, delivering our range of services.
The Role
Due to the continued expansion of the company, we are looking for an experienced legionella risk assessor to carry out risk assessments of building water systems for the control of Legionellosis. The successful candidate will be joining an existing team and will be responsible for conducting risk assessments in accordance with the ACOP L8 guidelines at commercial and industrial premises. Additional duties will include producing reports, creating schematic drawings, visiting clients, building and maintaining relationships with clients at all levels.
Ideal candidates for this position will have a minimum of five years of risk assessment experience within the water treatment industry. With excellent written communication skills, it is expected that candidates are computer literate, able to work in a team environment and use their own initiative.
Experience in remedial plumbing works and producing quotations, following legionella risk assessments will also be part of the role.
Qualifications:
Risk Assessment for Legionella Control in Water Systems (WH004) (essential).
Water Regulations Qualification in City and Guild (desirable)
City and Guilds in Plumbing (desirable)
