As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Fire and Security Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing a range of systems, including Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control.
  • Responding to client callouts as part of a rota system.
  • Providing professional, high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively liaising with clients, addressing concerns, and escalating to management when necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of all administration tasks.
  • Adhering to company policies and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Supporting the team by undertaking additional duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in servicing Access Control, CCTV, Intruder, and Fire Alarm systems.

Qualifications:

  • Thorough knowledge of relevant Fire and Intruder Alarm standards.
  • CSCS/ECS/IPAF certification (desirable).
  • Gent Fire experience (desirable).

Skills:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for your work and a willingness to learn and grow.

Requirements:

  • Full, valid UK driving licence.
